After you've successfully bid on your items, now you need to receive them! Read our guide to collection, delivery & storage when purchasing items in a Furlong Auction.
After the auction, you are welcome to collect your winning lot(s) in person from our secure collection point, or by sending a chosen courier.

So that we can make collection as easy as possible, we ask you to book a time slot 24hrs prior to your arrival so we can prepare your lot(s) for collection in advance. You can book a time slot with our team by emailing info@furlongauctions.co.uk. Unfortunately, without a scheduled collection slot you will be unable to collect your items.
We have a small selection of packing materials and bags available, however we are unable to provide specialist packaging materials, or pack any items. All items for collection will be prepared in a padded envelope.

It is the buyers responsibility to provide specialist packaging materials should they be required.
Lots can be collected from our secure collection window during the allocated time slot, inside the London Diamond Bourse, 100 Hatton Garden, London, EC1N 8NX.

Photographic ID will be required on collection.
Should you wish for your items to be collected by a third party, you will need to notify us in writing of the lot number(s) and full name of the individual collecting. Your item(s) will only be released to the above named individual on presentation of photographic ID.
Furlong offer an in-house shipping service, with shipment quotes calculated automatically unless collection is advised. For items under £2,500, insurance is included within the quotation. For items over £2,500, insurance will be calculated separately upon request.

We are happy for you to arrange a third party courier to collect winning lots. You must inform us in writing of the lot number(s), the name of your chosen courier and the date and time of collection.

Please note: we are unable to pack items for third party couriers, all items will be prepared in a padded envelope. We ask that your carrier is able to pack items for their safe transit.

Please ensure you have received receipt of payment from us before scheduling a courier, as we are unable to release items for delivery until payment has cleared in full.
We require all items to be paid for in full, and collected within 5 days from the date of auction, unless the item is being delivered to you. Should this not be possible, please contact us so that we can assist you further.
If purchased lots are not collected within 5 days from the date of the auction, without prior contact from you we will charge a storage fee of £5 +VAT at the standard rate per day.
