Considered one of the most eminent diamantaires of his generation, since 2012, Alan has been a member of the board of the London Diamond Bourse, serving as president from 2018 until 2023. He continues to contribute to the global diamond industry through his roles with the World Federation of Diamond Bourses (WFDB) and the World Diamond Council (WDC), where he is a Board member and active participant in the WDC’s Kimberley Task Force.
